Based on Article 14 of the Decision on co-financing of sports ("Official Gazette of Montenegro - Municipal Regulations" No. 38\/15) and in accordance with Article 87 of the Law on Sports ("Official Gazette of Montenegro No. 36\/11 and 36\/13), the secretary The Secretariat for the General Administration of the Municipality of Ro\u017eaje, on the proposal of the Commission for co-financing the program of sports clubs in the Municipality of Ro\u017eaje, adopts:<\/p>\n

THE DECISION<\/strong><\/p>\n

And the Secretary of the Secretariat for the General Administration of the Municipality of Ro\u017eaje, on the proposal of the Commission for co-financing the program of sports clubs in the Municipality of Ro\u017eaje, and in accordance with the Budget of the Municipality of Ro\u017eaje for 2018, the amount intended for financing sports organizations of \u20ac190,000.00 is distributed as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

II The disbursement of funds will be made in accordance with the realization of the Budget of the Municipality of Ro\u017eaje for 2018.<\/p>\n

III Sports organizations that have been allocated funds are obliged to submit a report on the expenditure of allocated funds to the Secretariat for General Management of the Municipality of Ro\u017eaje by the end of 2018.<\/p>\n

About the explanation<\/strong><\/p>\n

Based on the Decision on the Budget of the Municipality of Ro\u017eaje for 2018, \u20ac190,000.00 is planned for financing sports organizations.<\/p>\n

The Secretariat for the General Administration of the Municipality of Ro\u017eaje, in accordance with the Decision on the co-financing of sports of the Municipality of Ro\u017eaje, announced a Tender for the distribution of funds for the co-financing of the program of the sports clubs for 2018, No. 360 of 02\/27\/2018.<\/p>\n

The President of the municipality, by Resolution No. 451 of March 15, 2018, formed the Committee for co-financing of sports, with the task of preparing a proposal for co-financing of the work program of sports clubs based on the submitted applications under the Public Competition.<\/p>\n

The Committee for Sports Co-financing considered the submitted applications for the said Contest and with the application of the criteria provided for in Article 9 of the Decision on the Co-financing of Sports in the Municipality of Ro\u017eaje (social importance of the sports discipline, mass, ranking of the competition, number of registered competition leagues, race categories, position taken in the competition season , CUP competition and other achieved results, equal participation of men and women, organization of national and international competitions, scoring of Olympic sports, club existence criteria, scoring of team and individual placement of age categories and achieved results at national and international competitions), as well as the Work Regulations Commission for co-financing of sports in the municipality of Ro\u017eaje No. 223 from 03.03.2017, on 20.03.2018, she prepared a memorandum in which she proposed to the secretary of the Secretariat for General Administration, as the local government authority responsible for sports, to issue a decision on the distribution of funds to sports organizations in the amounts specified in the enacting terms of the decision.<\/p>\n

Based on the mentioned minutes and in accordance with Article 14 of the Decision on co-financing of sports, the secretary of the Secretariat for General Administration of the Municipality of Ro\u017eaje accepted the proposal and distributed the funds to the sports clubs as in the enacting clause of the decision.<\/p>\n

The funds from paragraph 1 of the enacting clause of this decision will be paid out in accordance with the budget of the municipality of Ro\u017eaje for 2018, in accordance with Article 17 of the Decision on co-financing of sports.<\/p>\n

Sports organizations that have been allocated funds are required to submit a report on the expenditure of allocated funds to the Secretariat for the General Administration of the Municipality of Ro\u017eaje by the end of 2018.<\/p>\n

This decision will be publicly announced on the official website of the municipality of Ro\u017eaje.<\/p>\n

From the above, it was decided as in the enacting clause of the decision.<\/p>\n

LEGAL LESSON<\/strong>: Against this decision, the unsatisfied party can file a complaint with the Chief Administrator of the Municipality of Ro\u017eaje within 15 days from the date of delivery. The complaint is submitted through this authority.<\/p>\n
