Based on Article 7 of the Decision on determining the amount of severance pay of local officials and employees employed in local government bodies and public institutions founded by municipality number 4383 of November 3, 2015, the President of the Municipality of Ro\u017eaje directs:<\/p>\n
1. Interested officials and employees employed in local government bodies are invited to submit a request for mutual termination of employment to the authorities and services within 15 days from the date of publication of this invitation.<\/p>\n
2. An employee whose employment relationship ends on the basis of mutual termination of employment is entitled to severance pay in the amount of up to 10,000 euros or 12 gross wages earned in the last month, whichever is more favorable for him.<\/p>\n
3. An official or state employee who concludes an agreement on the termination of employment in accordance with point 2 of this invitation will have his employment terminated on the day of payment of severance pay.<\/p>\n
4. The heads of bodies and services will decide individually on each request within 7 days from the submission of the request.<\/p>\n
5. An employee whose employment relationship ends on the basis of point 2 of this invitation cannot establish an employment relationship in local government bodies and public services founded by the Municipality for a period of 5 years from the date of payment of severance pay.<\/p>\n
This public invitation will be displayed on the notice board of the municipality of Ro\u017eaje and published on the official website of the municipality of Ro\u017eaje.<\/p>\n
