\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The local business center, Ro\u017eaje and the organization and ThinkBig from San Diego, California, USA, organized conversations with young people from our city that touched on various very important topics such as entrepreneurship of young people, problems faced by young people from our city such as and ways to overcome these problems. During the organization of this event, a significant contribution was made by the Gymnasium "30 September" and the Youth Club from Ro\u017eaj.<\/p>\n
\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 On the first day of the project, in the reading room of the City Library, a training was organized on the topic "Entrepreneurship of young people", where experiences from the USA were presented, as well as some innovative methods in planning one's own business. At the end of this training, a competition will be organized where the three best business ideas will be awarded valuable prizes provided by our guests.<\/p>\n
\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 In the IT office of the "30 Septembar" Gymnasium, high school students from Ro\u017eaj presented their dreams to the guests from San Diego, and then the problems and obstacles that stand in the way of their realization. Experienced lecturers from the iThinkBig organization, in direct interaction with high school students, presented the experiences they encountered in their long-term practice, and explained to them through several characteristic examples that the possibilities of young people are extremely great, that it is necessary to believe in themselves and to surround people who believe in them.<\/p>\n
