Secretariat for Culture, Social Activities and Sports of the Municipality of Ro\u017eaje, on the basis of Article 7 of the Decision on Scholarships and Approving One-time Assistance to Students No. 3434 of August 24, 2015
\n(Official Gazette of Montenegro \u2013 Municipal Regulations 31\/2015 dated 08.09.2015), announces<\/p>\n
COMPETITION
\nFOR THE AWARD OF SCHOLARSHIPS FOR THE 2015\/2016 SCHOOL YEAR<\/p>\n
1. CONDITIONS OF THE CONTEST<\/p>\n
The right to receive a scholarship is for students:
\n- Those who reside in the territory of the municipality of Ro\u017eaje;
\n- Who regularly completed the previous years of study within the stipulated period;
\n- Who do not receive a scholarship from another entity;<\/p>\n
2. CRITERIA FOR AWARDING A SCHOLARSHIP<\/p>\n
Criterion based on the average grade obtained for the year for which the competition is announced;
\n\u2013 Criterion of social status and other social circumstances;
\n\u2013 Deficit occupation;
\n\u2013 Parallel studying;<\/p>\n
Every student can participate in the competition according to one criterion that he chooses as the most favorable.<\/p>\n
3. REQUIRED DOCUMENTS<\/p>\n
- Certificate from the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Public Administration about the residence of the student.
\n- Certificate from the Faculty (Academy) about the enrollment of the current year of study (2015\/16) in which it will be indicated that the semester of the study year is enrolled for the first time as well as the study year when the student was enrolled at the Faculty (Academy).
\n- Certificate from the Faculty (Academy) about the number of passed exams from the previous academic year (2014\/15) with grades by subject and overall grade point average (for students according to the Bologna Declaration, the higher education institution will show the grade point average from the previous year and in the numerical equivalent with two decimal places).
\n- Certificate from the Faculty (Academy) about the duration of studies and graduation internship (for final year students).
\n- For study certificates issued in a foreign language, a translation by a permanent court interpreter must be submitted<\/p>\n
In addition to the proof of fulfillment of the general conditions, the student is obliged to attach the proof related to the criteria stipulated in point II of this competition.<\/p>\n
4. DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS<\/p>\n
The deadline for submitting requests and necessary documentation is 15 days (from September 17, 2015 to October 1, 2015).
\nUntimely requests will not be considered.<\/p>\n
5. AWARD OF SCHOLARSHIPS<\/p>\n
The order of students for the awarding of scholarships is determined based on the criteria established by the Decision on Student Scholarships (no. 3434 of August 24, 2015, Official Gazette of Montenegro - Municipal Regulations 31\/2015 of September 8, 2015) and the Rules of Procedure of the Commission.
\nThe ranking list is published on the bulletin board in the Municipality building, on an electronic medium and on the website of the Municipality of Ro\u017eaje.<\/p>\n
6. AMOUNT OF SCHOLARSHIP<\/p>\n
Scholarship for the academic year 2015-2016. it will be paid in 10 months in the monthly amount of 50 euros
\nThe beneficiary of the scholarship signs a scholarship agreement with the President of the municipality, which specifies mutual rights and obligations.<\/p>\n
