Based on Article 64 of the Law on Business Companies ("Official Gazette of the Republic of Montenegro", number 06\/02 and "Official Gazette of Montenegro", number 17\/07, 80\/08, 40\/10, 36\/11 and 40\/11), Article 32 paragraph 1 item 14 and Article 45 of the Law on Local Self-Government ("Official Gazette of the Republic of Montenegro", No. 42\/03, 28\/04, 75\/05 and 13\/06 and "Official Gazette of Montenegro", No. 88\/09, 03\/10, 73\/10 and 38\/12), Article 11 and Article 12 paragraph 1 of the Law on Sports ("Official Gazette of Montenegro", number 36\/11) and Article 42 paragraph 1 point 2 of the Statute of the Municipality of Ro\u017eaje ("Official Gazette of Montenegro", number 36\/11) list of the Municipalities of Montenegro - municipal regulations", number 9\/11), Ro\u017eaje Municipality Assembly, at the session held on August 27, 2015, made the following decisions:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  4. Decision on the establishment of the Hajla Ski Center<\/a><\/li>\n
  5. Decision on entrusting maintenance of public lighting in the territory of the municipality of Ro\u017eaje<\/a><\/li>\n
  6. Decision on the sale of construction land<\/a>a<\/a><\/li>\n
  7. Decision on declaring a business zone<\/a><\/li>\n
  8. Decision on determination of public interest<\/a><\/li>\n
  9. Decision on the protection of the Turijak tourist area<\/a><\/li>\n
  10. Decision on the protection of the Hajla-\u0160tedim tourist area<\/a><\/li>\n
